Tessa’s Heart in Trouble? The Young and the Restless: Cait Fairbanks Speaks Out on Daniel’s Growing Feelings and a Possible Kiss!

Emotions are running wild on The Young and the Restless as Tessa and Daniel’s growing closeness sparks speculation. With Mariah still battling her trauma in Boston, Tessa has found comfort in Daniel’s support. But as Cait Fairbanks teases, this powerful bond might soon blur into something more.

A Connection Too Close to Ignore

The Young and the Restless is stirring up emotional chaos again, and this time, Tessa is caught in the middle. After weeks of heartbreak and separation, Tessa finds herself leaning on Daniel in ways she never expected. What started as innocent support might soon turn into something more — something Mariah won’t see coming.

Cait Fairbanks recently hinted that Tessa and Daniel’s connection runs deeper than friendship. As Mariah struggles with her trauma in Boston, Tessa has been forced to find comfort elsewhere. And Daniel — grieving his own heartbreak — seems to be the one person who truly understands her pain. That shared vulnerability could lead them to cross a dangerous line.

In a candid interview, Cait Fairbanks reassured The Young and the Restless fans that Tessa’s heart still belongs to Mariah. She explained that Tessa’s focus remains on healing her wife, not chasing new love. “They’ve created such a strong connection,” Cait shared, “but it’s born from pain and grief — not romance.”

However, she also admitted that human emotions can be unpredictable. Tessa doesn’t want to feel alone in her struggles, and Daniel has become her emotional anchor. As they travel to Boston together, the closeness they share could ignite sparks neither expected. “Grief can connect people in powerful ways,” Cait noted, “but Tessa’s still figuring out what that means for her.”

Will Friendship Turn Into Forbidden Love?

Back in Genoa City, rumors are swirling that Daniel’s feelings may no longer be platonic. His quiet admiration for Tessa has grown into something more — something he can barely hide. Phyllis has already warned him that he might get hurt, foreshadowing trouble ahead.

Meanwhile, Tessa’s emotional turmoil could leave her vulnerable. If Mariah lashes out or pushes her away again, a comforting moment from Daniel might lead to a shocking kiss. Fans are divided — some fear this could break “Teriah” forever, while others believe it’s exactly the drama the show needs.

The Young and the Restless: Cait Fairbanks’ Final Word

Still, Cait Fairbanks assures The Young and the Restless audience that Tessa’s journey is about love, not betrayal. “Tessa and Daniel are both grieving, and grief connects people differently,” she said. “But right now, Tessa’s main goal is to be there for Mariah and rebuild what’s been broken.” That said, fans know how fast feelings shift in Genoa City. Whether Tessa and Daniel stay friends or let emotions take over, their next trip to Boston could change everything.

Cait Fairbanks’ insight proves that The Young and the Restless continues to blend heartbreak with temptation perfectly. As Tessa and Daniel’s emotional bond deepens, fans can’t help but wonder if friendship will turn into something far more dangerous.

Ever since the first fast car was built (the Bugatti Type 41 Royale, which appeared in the 1920s and reached speeds of up to 124 miles per hour), the speedometer hasn’t stopped climbing. Today, the fastest cars drive even faster than the French intercity high-speed train service (199 mph). So many legendary brands have helped to challenge the laws of physics—Jaguar, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Ferrari, just to name a few.

In fact, the fastest cars in the world are beating all the speed records and reinventing our dreams of driving even faster. In the real world, the chances of us driving such cars anywhere but in the Forza Horizon video game are slim. We can still dream, though, so, let’s take a moment to marvel at the vehicles that bring the need for speed from the safety of behind a screen.

1. BUGATTI BOLIDE : +311 MPH

Price of the Bugatti Bolide: $4.4 million to $5 million

Number of cars produced: 40

There are two cars tied for the title of fastest car in the world: the Bugatti Bolide and the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut (more on that below). This one happens to be French. Produced in 2024, the Bugatti Bolide is a track-only hypercar equipped with the powerful W16 engine and with a lightweight build, allowing it to reach speeds of up to 311 mph. The anticipation of the debut of this iconic sports car was so high that in 2021, before it could even prove itself on the road, the Bolide already won the Grand Prix for the most beautiful hypercar.

2. KOENIGSEGG JESKO ABSOLUT: 310 MPH

Price of the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut: $2.85 million to $3 million

Number of cars produced: 125

What ties with the Bugatti Bolide for the title of the fastest car in the world? The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut. The Swedish supercar that rivals the Bugatti Bolide by a difference of just 1 mph was born to defy gravity and beat the Bugatti Chiron. It’s been the fastest Koenigsegg ever made since it debuted in 2020. With a lightweight 5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, it has 1,600 hp and is built for groundbreaking speed. And Christian von Koenigsegg is probably not finished surprising us.

3. BUGATTI CHIRON SUPER SPORT 300+ : 304 MPH

Price of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+: $3.8 million to $3.9 million

Number of cars produced: 30

It’s the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+! An even more muscular version of the original Bugatti Chiron, the Super Sport 300+ was the first ever supercar to exceed speeds of 300 mph when it debuted in 2019. This record-breaking vehicle features an aerodynamic exterior design supported by an 8-liter W16 engine.

4. SSC TUATARA : 295 MPH

Price of the SSC Tuatara: $1.9 million to $2.4 million

Number of cars produced: 100

The American-made SSC Tuatara created a big splash in 2020 when it was announced as “the car that travels at more than 500 km/h” (532 km/h precisely, or 331 mph). The manufacturer backtracked a few months later after the claims were called into question, admitting that the Tuatara had never exceeded 500 km/h (310 mph). Finally, the “little sister” of the SSC Ultimate Aero has a speed of 295 mph, which is still incredible! Inspired by the design of fighter jets, the SSC Tuatara boasts a V8 engine that can generate up to 1750 hp.

5. BUGATTI MISTRAL: 282 MPH

Price of the Bugatti Mistral: $5.1 million to $9 million

Number of cars produced: 99

With the Bugatti Mistral, the French brand scores its third spot in the top five fastest cars in the world. This roadster, which clocked a top speed of 282 mph during a test run in 2024, is actually the fastest convertible in the world. Its 8-liter W16 is the same one that powers the Bolide and the Chiron Super Sport 300+. The experience of these top speeds with no roof over your head has to be exhilarating.

6. KOENIGSEGG AGERA RS: 278 MPH

Price of the Koenigsegg Agera RS: $2.55 million to $5 million

Number of cars produced: 27

This iconic Swedish brand is back on the list with another extraordinary supercar. Equipped with the same engine as the Jesko Absolut (V8), it has about 500 hp less. But that doesn’t stop it from performing, going from 0 to 62 mph in an amazing 8 seconds. Debuting in 2017, this sports car is known as the ultimate choice for both track and road versatility.

7. BUGATTI TOURBILLON: 277 MPH

Price of the Bugatti Tourbillon: $4.1 million

Number of cars produced: 250

The Bugatti Tourbillon is a mid-engine hybrid sports car set for delivery in 2026 but is already one of the fastest cars in the world. Meant to be the successor to the iconic Chiron, the Tourbillon has a V16 engine capable of accelerating from 0 mph to 60 mph in about 2 seconds—now that’s impressive. Its 250 units are already completely sold out.

8. HENNESSEY VENOM F5 : 272 MPH

Price of the Hennessey Venom F5: $2.1 million to $3 million

Number of cars produced: 99

The Hennessey Venom F5 reached 272 mph in March 2022, when it was still just in its testing phase, and it has lived up to expectations since its release. With its twin-turbo V8 of 6.6 l and 1,917 hp, the American manufacturer hopes to increase its speed even more. This supercar is also set apart from the others on this list by its unique steering wheel, which was inspired by an airplane yoke.

9. BUGATTI VEYRON 16.4 SUPER SPORT : 268 MPH

Price of the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport: $2.5 million to $2.8 million

Number of cars produced: 48

Bugatti builds cars the way it sets records: by the book. In the case of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, this feat was achieved by driver Pierre-Henri Raphanel and certified by the Guinness World Records. This sporty jewel of power has made the hearts of many car lovers beat faster. This car is so iconic, in fact, that several more Bugatti models have been made to beat it, and yet it still makes this list of the fastest cars in the world.

10. RIMAC NEVERA : 258 MPH

Price of the Rimac Nevera: $2.2 million to $2.5 million

Number of cars produced: 150

The Rimac Nevera electrifies the road, and that’s an understatement. The second vehicle from the Croatian manufacturer, the electric hypercar revolutionized the automotive world. This exceptional car has four electric motors and goes from 0 mph to 60 mph in less than 2 seconds with its 1914 hp, making it the fastest electric hypercar in the world.
