Top 10 Best Supercars of 2024
Supercars have captured our imaginations with their blend of speed, innovation, and artistry in 2024 – delivering awe-inspiring performance and unique character. The highlights of which include everything from reimagined classics to cutting-edge hybrids, each offering a driving experience that’s nothing short of extraordinary.
After careful consideration, we’ve chosen our top 10 supercars of 2024 – not ranked but celebrated for their distinct qualities. Each represents the relentless pursuit of excellence in design and engineering. Let’s take a closer look at these remarkable machines redefining the roads this year.
Aston Martin Vantage

For an intense driving experience, it has to be the Aston Martin Vantage. While we’ve always had a soft spot for this car, the 2018 – 2024 model has taken it to the next level. It’s sharper, thanks to the reworked chassis, and you’ll feel that in the speed of its reaction and the precision, you’ll harness with just a nudge of the wheel.
This is aided by the intuitive controls, a top speed of 202 mph and the ability to go from 0 – 62 mph in 3.5 seconds. The 30% power boost over its predecessor certainly doesn’t hurt, either. The V8 engine delivers glorious sounds that add to the thrills.
This Vantage doesn’t lose its signature poise altogether. However, it’s certainly more muscly and impressive.
Porsche 911 Turbo S

When it comes to performance and a look we know well, there’s the 911. It’s a much-loved car, but even so, the 992 model has to bring something to earn a spot on this list. In comes the Turbo S, with specs to impress and a ride and handling to match.
It’s the most powerful 911 we’ve seen for a while, with 641 hp. It comes with a supercar price tag, but it’s by no means the most expensive car on this list. If you want to go one better than the Aston Martin Vantage in terms of speed and acceleration, then you’ll be pleased to know the top speed is 205 mph, and it goes from 0 – 62 in 2.7 seconds with the Sport Chrono package.
Besides its athleticism, the fact that it’s exciting and practical is what makes it stand out. It feels like a 911, but there’s still so much to explore and appreciate. There’s comfort with decent legroom, technology, and performance, which comes from the six-cylinder VTG twin-turbo engine. In terms of usability, it’s tough to beat and with more and more of them on the road since the 992s release, it’s a great option to make your own and upgrade with carbon, exhaust or even wheels.
McLaren 750S

We couldn’t talk about the best supercars 2024 had to offer without mentioning the McLaren 750S. The designers and engineers were on to something special with the 720S, and now they’re building on that success with its equally impressive successor, the 750S.
While many of the top supercars are now hybrids, McLaren hasn’t moved in that direction. Instead, it has focused on a light car that prioritises agility and downforce. By combining them with control feedback and mechanical grip, the 750S delivers a ride that’s tactile and firm but with an edge.
In the coupe, you get 740 hp, a top speed of 206 mph and a 4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that helps you accelerate from 0 – 62 mph in 2.8 seconds. You can make your own tweaks to this aerodynamically designed supercar with Novitec tuning parts for the McLaren 750S.
Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale

A Ferrari XX car that’s road-legal? Yes, please! As the first car in the programme to be road-legal, it was sure to turn our heads. It’s not as exclusive as other XX cars, but we’re more than happy that we (and you) get the chance to own and drive it on the road!
The advanced electronics contribute to the superb driving experience, where the powertrain, braking systems and active aerodynamics join forces with the suspension to inspire awe. It’s pretty aggressive, with 1,016 hp from the PHEV layout, which is a decent upgrade on the regular SF90 Stradale.
It’s easy to get distracted by the performance, but let’s not overlook the sights and sounds. The aesthetics are sensational and won’t disappoint Ferrari lovers. It’s fairly sparse in the interior, which adds to that racing feel, as does the vocal V8 engine. You’ll want to keep this beauty in top condition with SF90 XX Stradale OEM parts.
Lamborghini Revuelto

It’s tempting to call the Revuelto the best Lamborghini we’ve seen in a while. Who would have thought we’d be saying that about a hybrid sports car? But here we are. Labelled as the first HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle), we’re excited to see the limits being tested in this category.
Three electric motors combined with the 12-cylinder internal combustion engine to give you 1001 hp. That V12 is proudly put on display, adding to the powerful appearance of this car. The monocoque keeps that classic Lamborghini silhouette, but the designers added some new lines and flourishes that hint at the high-tech nature of the Revuelto.
Driving it speaks for itself, but knowing the technical specs certainly adds to the appeal. Let’s start with the impressive top speed, which is around 217 mph. Acceleration doesn’t let you down either, as it can go from 0 – 62 mph in 2.5 seconds and with a Gintani exhaust you can really make it scream like Lambos of old.
Maserati MC20 Cielo

The Maserati MC20 Cielo delivers adrenaline and tranquillity in equal measures. This being down to the fact that you can rely on it to do what you want it to, and it handling even demanding drives. We put that down to all the carbon fibre in the build.
Another reason that the Cielo is on this list (who can resist driving with the top down) is how classy it is. We’ve featured quite a few sporty, dominant and racy-looking supercars on the list, but there’s also room for elegance. It takes only 12 seconds to put the top down.
The Maserati MC20 Cielo V6 engine delivers the power needed for this supercar to perform. It goes from 0 – 62 mph in around 3 seconds and has a top speed of 199 mph. It comes in a range of head-turning colours, and you can enhance the look and sound with the Capristo catback exhaust for MC20 Cielo.
McLaren Artura

You can rely on McLaren to deliver a supercar that shows the importance of lightness and delivers some tech from F1. If that makes the McLaren Artura sound like a delicate supercar, trust us, it’s not. It’s well-built and stands up to driving regularly, not just once in a while.
As it’s a hybrid, you can crawl along in silence or rev that V6 engine to enjoy its thrilling natural tones. The lightness is mostly due to the McLaren Carbon Fibre Lightweight Architecture. The curves not only look exquisite, but they give this supercar a low centre of gravity that enhances the driving experience. Meanwhile, the rear spoiler creates sufficient downforce for impressive stability.
It has 691 hp from the powertrain and the e-motor, a top speed of 205 mph and goes from 0 – 62 mph in 3 seconds. All three contribute to the rewarding driving experience. The good news is that you can enhance your supercar with top tier aftermarket carbon – Novitec tuning parts for the McLaren Artura.
Ferrari Roma

Possibly one of the best supercars of 2024 in terms of design, it’s no exaggeration to call the Ferrari Roma beautiful. What’s even better is that this work of art is pretty spacious inside for a supercar. It sounds almost as good as it looks, which adds to the pleasure of driving it.
The 2024 model gives you an option for a fabric top that opens in 13 and a half seconds at speeds of up to 37 mph. This front-engine Ferrari has a V8 that delivers 611 hp, reaches a top speed of around 199 mph and achieves 0 – 62 mph in 3.4 seconds.
The luxury interior is just as stylish, with the dual cockpit concept that gives the passenger an equally comfortable and enjoyable experience. You’ll certainly want to look after your Ferrari in the best way possible with OEM Roma parts.
Porsche 911 GT3 RS

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS takes the 911 to a new level. It has a race car feel but with user-friendly features, which is a credit to the designers. Porsche has focussed more on design and handling and not on power, not that you need to worry about the 518 hp that you do get.
The naturally aspirated engine will be music to the purist’s ears, as the flat-six engine produces incredible sounds. It also sends you from 0 – 62 mph in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 184 mph. Part of the design focus was keeping a lightweight construction, which enabled additions of driver features without compromising other areas.
That balancing act pays off, as it feels amazing when cornering. The drive and stability owe a lot to the impressive downforce. However, there’s still a decent balance between reducing drag and having grip when you need it. Where the 992 model steps forward is in its striking and quite brutal appearance, which suits those who want to stand out. Another way to stand out even more is to upgrade the cars exhaust to really open up that 4.0 flat 6 – Capristo Exhaust 992 GT3 RS.
Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica

We couldn’t finish the list without adding one more Lamborghini. The Huracan Tecnica is irresistible, and not just because it’s likely to be the last of its line. It’s another naturally aspirated engine with no hybrid powertrain in sight, making it a top choice for those who want supercars to fit into the traditional concept.
Stylish and efficient, the Tecnica is distinct from other Lamborghinis and even other Huracans, with a chassis and aerodynamics that are unique. What we love most is how it makes you feel when driving it, although the sounds from the 5.2-litre V10 engine are a close second.
There’s a direct feeling to the ride that will have you surging forward with purpose. Part of that is down to the 631 hp and the fact that it’s accurate and handles different roads with ease. It compares well to other supercars in terms of acceleration and speed, managing 0 – 62 mph in 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 202 mph. Novitec’s refinements for the Tecnica are a great way to get that final 10% out of the car.
